Summary
We are collaborating to create a biocultural riparian stewardship model of well-trained site stewards to assist in leading voluntary site restoration efforts to enable community-based riverscape restoration. We integrate restoration with collaborative camping events on site, workforce development, school programs, and community tending and gathering to make stewardship of resilient and biodiverse riverscapes a locus of community life.
